While doing some morning reseach, I came across a russian brand called “Kapuchok”.
Created from a combination of words “ cappucino” and “ok”= ok cappuccino= cappuccino is ok= cappuc….ok= a bit of russian touch and we get “Kapuchok”. In russian its sound hillarious. The suffics “ok” in the end of the word is added to make a word or name smaller, cuter. Like –ita in spanish or petit… in french, as far as I know.
In addition “puchok” in russian means a bunch (of flowers) or a bun.
And still –that is not all.
« Kapuchok » has a symbol.
The symbol is a spanish guy called Signor Capuchok.
I guess « Tovarish » Capuchok refused to assimilate with russian « Kyrrilitsa » and kept his latin C. That was his protest against Asterix shorts, American bagel, cup of itallian cappucino and English hat, french moustache and the origin of the gorgeous sneakers remain unknown .
Poor Capuchok. I am still lost in conjectures whether it is a smile under moustache or a fishing line squeezing his neck…
Part time waiter, part time walking billboard, Capuchok has to wear a board with his competitor/subsidiary dynamic symbol- the turning coffee-bean.
Be warned that the coffee bean is very unpredictable. It turns in different directions depending on where it is , making the life of Signor Capuchok even more complicated.
U may be wondering about what exactly is the KapuchOk brand ?
KapuchOk is a moscow based company producing vending coffee machines :
“Note that another constant aim of the project "KapuchOk" is to develop and implement mechanisms to improve the efficiency of vending business at the expense of non-standard network management procedures.”
It's not to be sneezed at/ Это вам не хухры-мухры.
